Cancellation Policy
At Face by Katie, your appointments are very important to me, and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations significantly impact my ability to serve other clients.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
